At J3Collection, we take pride in offering high-quality kurtis designed with comfort, elegance, and durability in mind. Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The kurti must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition received.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must not show signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, or damage.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and fashion industry standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Kurtis purchased during sale / clearance / special discounts

  • Customized or altered products (e.g., stitched to specific measurements)

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [your email] with your

    • Order number

    • Name of the kurti

    • Reason for return

    • video & photo (if damaged or wrong item delivered 360* video campalsury)

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, except in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items sent.

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for secure delivery.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

A partial refund may be issued if the returned kurti shows signs of use or damage.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Defective or damaged items

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect kurti:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear 360 videos proof  of parcel opning.

  • We will arrange a quick replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not shipped yet.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
